High score changer

This hack uses: Exact, 4 Bytes value scanning.

This has to be done in offline mode (classic, story mode, but I prefer free skate/high score) because you can actually pause the game which is really helpful. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LOAD SAVED GAME, BECAUSE IT WILL BE EASIER FOR YOU!
This is the very first step to cheat engine. You must do this before you move to the other steps, or else other steps will be too hard for you. First off, open cheat engine and then THAW. Now click on the mini-computer which is in the top-left corner:
Then open THAW process (usually at the end, and if you can't find it, restart cheat engine.
Now we are ready for some memory scanning ;) First off if this is your first time I suggest you to follow tutorial even if you don't like the cheat we going to make. Ok. So now load any thaw level if you haven't already) and our goal will be to change the value of your game record (look below)
Now you see that I already have 23,796 as my high combo score. You should get something there too. It doesn't matter if it's 11,243 or 1,454,100. OK so I got 23,796 so I put 23796 (no comma, see?) and put in the value box and click First Scan button (look at image below)
Now after you pressed First Scan button it should look something like this with lots (or few, or one :D) of addresses
Now we have to go back to THAW again and do higher score than we did now! Ok got the new highscore? Good! Now put the new score in the value box (same as you did for the first record) and then click Next Scan (not first scan!) Now you should have only 4 addresses left in your left box. Now we need to sellect the addresses and press the red arrow in the down right corner. This will make the addresses go in the lower section.
Ok now we see that 4 addresses have the same value so what do we do? How do we know which one is correct? Here's how. You see the first address in my list? It's 006E8418 it's 4 bytes type (doesn't matter) and has the 139832 value. Now double click on the value and enter your desired amount of points. We don't know which address corresponds to high score (record) points. So do like i do in the picture below.
Why I did that? Well because now you will know. Go on THAW and look in the menu, what score did you get as highscore combo (if it's still the same old score then exit the game menu and enter it again)? I got 400,000 which means I know that address 040869D8 is controlling the highscore record in one combo value. You can delete other addresses if you want, or you can keep them it doesn't matter actually. I remind you that max score can be ~2,147,000,000 or else the game won't show the score at all or just gonna crash. There you go, you just hacked your high score combo :)
If you edited the score for not your main player, you can load your player and just change the values and don't forget to save! Oh and if you don't wanna do all this step again just save cheat table (.CT) that you made! Save option is available near the mini-computer in the top left corner.
