Cheat Engine is a tool made specifically to create cheats and NOT mods.
This is more advanced tool, therefore it is much more complicated to use
If this is your first time using Cheat Engine (CE) i suggest you to start from general understanding of CE and from "Change your high scrore combo record" tutorial as it shows basics of CE like where you need to find scanning buttons and stuff.
