THUG 2: Higher Resolution?

hello,

i wasn't able to finde anything about it so i figured i just could ask.
I was wondering if there is a possibility to change the resolution of THUG 2 to something like 1920 x 1080? I know there is a Resolution Patcher, but either I'm doing something wrong or it just doesnt work with my OS. If i start it, it just says that it only works on cracked-exes and after pressing a key it just closes.
I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit.
I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this. If this Patcher isn't working anymore then maybe someone could tell me how i can change the resolution manually (hex-editor, registry or w/e).

I guess this is the .exe you're talking about? If so, then no, it doesn't work :(
