I need some answers

I am new and i have a few questions.

1. Does anyone know a different way to convert .BIK Files. Rad video tools just freezes during the conversion process. I am running windows vista 32-bit.

2. How can I change the name of songs & artists in the playlist?

3. Is there any tool that can change the models of the skaters?
