Hello,i need tips to stat to making a mod

Can someone please tell me whats the best program to create a mod that its possible to edit and mix
the pros,secret skaters and NPCs?

I'm not sure what you mean by edit and mix, but Queen bee is the modding tool that everyone uses in thaw modding.
It can be downloaded in here:

Basically you open the Queen bee and choose PC (wpc) then where it says PAK file: choose qb_e.pak.wpc from "THAW/game/data/pak" folder and other 2 fields should fill in automatically. From now, it depends what you wanna mod, you can find some tutorials in thaw modding section in this forum or you can specifically ask for something.



By the way, it always confused me, what is the role of qb.pak.wpc? If i do something I always edit qb_e.pak.wpc They both look identical script and size-wise.

by edit i mean like combine parts from diffrent skater and make one like some mods like the misc item changet skejt23
i want to make a style mod since i like to just fool around with cas
