Can I put some boards maybe shoes in THUG 2??? (sorry for my bad english I'm Indonesian)

Only thing i know is
this.
It includes a few created skaters with new boards (spraycan, lifeguard thing, ...)

Yes in this folder; you can find board and skater textures:

download
defeat0r's img converter here, and convert the textures you want to edit.

but it'll be a .dat files

Hm.. this thread seems to be quite old but I'll give it a try. Why always when I convert my TGA file to IMG, rename to same as the original file and replace it in the "Boards" folder, my modded texture will not show up in the game (only see the original one). Where is this game reading the file if I removed it?? Is there another folder that contains the same file?

That's the least of your problems because if you did dummy skaterparts.prx you would soon realize that you can't swizzle the image back with defeators tool so the board texture will look rearranged.
