If the thread title is not obvious, I am asking on how to create a custom .img file ready for the Face Mapping feature in THUG 2?

For reference, I've got Photoshop CS2 and CS3, ImageReady CS2, and GIMP. So, y'know, any of these might help.

The THUG2 Launcher converts the image files to .img files for you. Shit.

STILL, y'know, if there's an alternative, I'm not against it.
