[THUGPro] Where is that theme?

Hey.

I love THUGPro, awesome mod! But I saw a video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tp5YdKQmpt8

It had that custom THUGPro theme. I can't find it on the list of themes. Any help? Where is it? :help

One thing though... the balance meter is not the same to the one in the video. Weird.
