Some changes to forum members

Ok so I did a few changes to the forum. I pruned down the memberlist of power user and left only WhoElseButMe. Also A.K. (now known as Active) is now the only moderator as haxx0r wasn't active at all. I may not be online during the last 2 months of summer that's why i needed a mod.
