No, they were definitely separate ones. I tested in PCSX2, and it loaded the full menu with the dev options, and then put it straight into my PS2 and it loaded the other menu without the dev options.
PCSX2 fools the demo into loaded the dev menus. There should be a way to mod the iso to reflect the dev menu though on a ps2. I can definitely try to make that happen in my free time. It just honestly appears to me like they added separate files for the demo on top of their dev version, so if we just remove the flags we could have a standalone version for physical PS2 consoles. If we're getting into all that though, we could take it a step further and add the levels, etc, because a lot of the data is still there, but that's really if we wanted to make a project out of it, and I don't know if anyone wants to.
They could both be the same version on both disks, I guess, but I did rip one specifically from Kelly Slater, which I downloaded from TheIsoZone.com, and then the other from a brand new Jampack disk I ordered from Amazon just to rip it, because there were no downloads for that specific Jampack.
