Well everytime i try to play Thps4 it says unable to initialize graphics engine.. So please help thanks

Did you re-install your windows? I get that message because of missing reg key. If it's a fresh install then your PC doesn't meet minimum requiremements OR you are using some kind of rip which you downloaded from other site (and you didn't open the .reg file)

hmmm its not fresh but it is themed liked 3rd party themed but i dont thinkt hat would cause a problem and what reg file?

If it's not fresh then re-install it. And I don't know what you mean by "3rd party themed"
