HELLO!!!
I have created this topic to publish my new park of the Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory.
I don't have previews but, is cool!!
I have created the Plaza, Drama's Office (Young & Reckless), the Foam Pit the mini Basketball Court, the garage and the Big Skateboard (the 3 tables).
Hope you like!!! And please, comment.
PS: This park have only 8/9 Gaps.

I tested it, it was nice but at one time I thought there was too many objects in one corner but it was ok

About the objects, if you want, can move in the park. Put more objects, delete objects...
