i installed thps2 (from this page) and it starts perfectly but if i load a level the game closes without an error...
what can i do? :S

You are using vista right? Clicking on properties then "Compatibility" and check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:
Try windows XP (any SP) or windows 98 maybe that will help.
The game is old... and that what happens when you use newest windows versions (Though it works fine on W7 for me)

on my netbook i use win xp and tried all modes (95, 98/ME, NT, 2000) but nothing is working...

okay it works now i installed the german instead of the english patch and it works perfectly Oo
