hello, i'm new in thp modding...i'm kinda stuck while find out how to change textures in thug which is an .img files
i've try to search on google even youtube and still have no result
is there any way to change those textures?
or anything to open the .img files?

any help will be very helpfull for me

there's is image extractor, but im not sure if it can build new .tex file where textures are stored. but if you're talking about changing decks etc it will work.
also you always can use texmod program for graphical mods.
