I convert the img to tga, but the picture looks broken

Maybe you convert wrong image? You try to convert other board's and change it?Re: IMG HELP

This is 4 different boards. I have tried running IMG2TGA_THAW.exe as admin, but it still end up like this.
Is there another tool to convert from IMG to TGA than the one i am using?

looks like i have failed. It is late and my brain is not functioning properly. But anyhow, thanks
