my qblouncher won't work i have put RICHTX32.OCX in the good folders but it didn't work i got the message

Did you try putting them in "c:\Windows\System32" and "c:\Windows\System" AND restarting your PC after you did that

yes i restart after it but it didn't work i need a compiler for decompiling i use roq cmd but i can't compile with that
